We live in a world where free speech is valued by many nations. However, free speech has its limits when it is used to disparage, defame, abuse and harass/bully others. A psychopatic individual is taking advantage of Google’s blogger service by using his blog to harass, defame, disparage and post libelous posts using the name and information of a minor and directing them at me “sacerdotus.” Moreover, he is using blogger to promote religious hate speech. It is against Google’s rules to use their blogger service to promote hate and harass/bully others:
Hate Speech: We want you to use Blogger to express your opinions, even very controversial ones. But, don’t cross the line by publishing hate speech. By this, we mean content that promotes hate or violence towards groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity. For example, don’t write a blog saying that members of Race X are criminals or advocating violence against followers of Religion Y.
Violence: Don’t threaten other people on your blog. For example, don’t post death threats against another person or group of people and don’t post content encouraging your readers to take violent action against another person or group of people.
Harassment: Do not harass or bully others. Anyone using Blogger to harass or bully may have the offending content removed or be permanently banned from the site. Online harassment is also illegal in many places and can have serious offline consequences.
Personal and confidential information: It’s not ok to publish another person’s personal and confidential information. For example, don’t post someone else’s credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, unlisted phone numbers, and driver’s license numbers. Also, please keep in mind that in most cases, information that is already available elsewhere on the Internet or in public records is not considered to be private or confidential under our policies.
The blog rosarubicondior.blogspot.com promotes anti-religious rhetoric that inspires others to attack religious individuals on Twitter and other social networks. It is promoting hate against religion which in turn instigates violence and abuse against religious people.
Moreover, the blog rosarubicondior.blogspot.com is posting the private information of a child and is defaming that child in order to harass/bully me by claiming me to be that child. Blogger’s rules are clear that it is not to be used to ‘harass or bully others.’ Blogs doing this will be removed and blogger’s rules even points out that it is illegal in many places.
Please report this blog to Google and ask for them to ban it for good for promoting hate speech against religions and religious people, and for posting the private information of a minor in order to bully and harass.
