Happy Independence day to all in the United States of America.
Today we celebrate the day when our fore fathers and mothers won the war begun on April 19, 1775 by bravely rebelling and fighting against the tyranny of the British government winning their independence into what would become the most powerful nation on Earth.
The history seems so long ago being that it took place in the 1775-1776, but the echo of independence and the fight to keep it still rings out today. Today we are threatened once again to fight against a government who is infringing on the freedoms of all Americans, in particular, freedom of religion and conscience.
Moreover, the right to life which is mentioned in the Declaration is denied to the unborn. Marriage is being perverted into an institution that even the most absurd of unions claims to have a right to. Moreover, the right to bear arms and privacy are under threat. New York state and Connecticut are passing some of the most anti- 2nd amendment laws to date. Recently, Edward Snowden revealed the NSA’s spying on Americans and is facing backlash. Americans are being monitored by their own government!
“A free people ought to be armed.”
“A free people ought not only to be armed and disciplined, but they should have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a status of independence from any who might attempt to abuse them, which would include their own government.”

If we rid ourselves of our values, history and soul; if we allow our goverment to remove our freedoms and pervert marriage, what will be left? The United States of America is on a path to becoming another anti-God, anti-religion, anti-life, anti-family European Democratic Socialist entity.
The people have the power to undo this. We must elect politicians who truly represent our values as Americans while respecting the common good of all and the fundamentals of society that cannot be altered. Our rights come from God the Creator, not the government. Hence, why the government has no authority to dictate when life begins, who is a human person and who can get married and when.

Let us pray for this great nation, a nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all which is under attack not only by human forces, but spiritual ones.
